(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as

| 0 | RPOS 112 | 'CLRV 01' | Ilarvirus citrus leaf rugose virus | | | | Historic | 2018 | | | | | | | | This isolate has apparently been at DPI for some time and the origin is not known at this time. (RR Krueger, 08/13/2018) | 1964692 | RPOS 112 |
| 1 | RPOS 23 | CVV 2 | Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus | | | | Historic | 2012 | | | | | | | | This is an isolate of Citrus variegation virus (Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus) obtained from Dr Mark Hilf, USDA-ARS US Horticultural Research Laboaratory, Fort Pierce, FL. According to Dr Steve Garnsey, retired from USHRL, "CVV 2 is a mild isolate of CVV we found in the field and it is described in 2 papers in the 9th IOCV Proceedings. Probably more info than you need!" (email dated 06/24/2010). According to Garnsey et al (1984): "The discovery site [near Dundee, FL] was a replanted 16-ha block of young, nucellar navel orange trees grafted on Carrizo rootstock. The original planting had been grapefruit on rough lemon rootstock. While indexing the navel trees for an exocortis experiment, we collected several [symptomless] rough lemon root sprouts remaining from the previous planting." These rough lemon root sprouts contained the CVV 2 isolate. See the refefence for addiitonal details. (RR Krueger, 05/18/2012) | 1901599 | RPOS 23 |
| 2 | RPOS 19 | IV 400 | Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus | | | | Historic | 2012 | | | | | | | | This is an isolate of Citrus infectious variegation virus (Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus) obtained from CCPP. According to Chet Roistacher, this isolate was "Collected 5/16/62, from Wallace seed transmitted source - a lemon (Drake found pin point spotting on a runt seedling 1 out of 982 seedlings - planted 11/7/52). Collection about 3 progeny from original. first transfer 10/5/53 to a greenhouse SwO by bud inoc. Our source is a direct inoc from this sweet orange source 158-100. Ps 158 refers to Wallaces' book 158. 81A?65 Exp no 81A? plant No 65. Buds originally from a Eureka lemon in Davey grove collected by Fawcett. Exocortis status: neg #210, #551." | 3 | RPOS 20 | IV 401 | Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus | | | | Historic | 2012 | | | | | | | | This is an isolate of Citrus infectious variegation virus (Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus) obtained from CCPP. According to Chet Roistacher, this isolate was "Received from Dr. Wallace - one plant of Eureka Le., a seedling inoculated by sap inoculation. Original source is Glendora strain brought in by Thomason to Dr Fawcett about 1939, and kept in the greenhouse. Excellent symptoms in citron. The inoculated Val/Troy shows poor response in Valencia. Lemon is a good holding source as well as citron (or sour orange). Exoc neg #210, #555, #551". The isolate was "potted to a large can and broght to Rubidoux 6/14/63". | 4 | RPOS 21 | IV 402 | Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus | | | | Historic | 2012 | | | | | | | | This is an isolate of Citrus infectious variegation virus (Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus) obtained from CCPP. According to Chet Roistacher, this isolate is "A severe IV source with mild CEVd. From Cruzon grove in Alta Loma, collected by E.C.Calavan (1978) - showed rumple on fruit and leaves. It indexed out as classic IV. Also had Sev. Exocortis. Source is a mechanically transmitted #738-9 from #708-9. Mechanical transm. for some reason transmitted out the severe Exo and instead we have a mild exoc. Holds well in Citron or lemon". (RR Krueger, 05/18/2012) | 1901597 | RPOS 21 |
| 5 | RPOS 22 | CREC 5 | Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus | | | | Historic | 2012 | | | | | | | | This is an isolate of Citrus variegation virus (Ilarvirus citrus variegation virus) brought back from the University of Florida Citrus Research and Education Center, Lake Alfred, FL by the donor. To this point, the inventory item maintained at NCGRCD (RIV 5052 PL) has never shown a positive reaction in sour orange and the donor has stated that he does not think that it is positive. The donor has stated that he will bring back another source of inoculum next time he is in Florida. (RR Krueger, 05/18/2012) This supposed positive never produced a reaction in indicator, so proably the pathogen never established in the host. RF Lee OK'ed inactivation on this date.
