Type = Apricot. Per the collection observation notes of Maxine Thomson: "Harvest date Aug. 7; fruit oblate, lopsided, 29g, 38mm long, 47-35mm wide, moderately attractive; skin orange, no pubescence, trace blush; flesh lt. orange, not ripe enough at time of collection to judge eating quality, medium aroma; seed round, 2.1g, strongly bitter; xanthomonas spots on fruit; worm near seed; size appeared to be the largest, so far, of the orange fruits in Baltistan; estimated to mature one week post collection (1 wk. after Halmon)."
