Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

181NA 87552NA 87552Cupressus lusitanica Mill. NANot Available2023Cultivated materialSource, date, form received, and original identity of this material are unclear. Plant of uncertain source that might simply be a reversion of NA 41602, received as a variegated form of C. lusitanica. A temporary tag had been placed on this plant in or before 2014 indicating that it was C. chengiana NA 51598-L, and it was presumed to be that until its identity was questioned in 2023. Harlan Svoboda determined that the plant appears to be C. lusitanica instead. The hand-plotted 1998 IPM map that was prepared showed NA 41602 (our only presumed living C. lusitanica at the time) to be growing in a slightly different orientation with respect to other extant plants, particularly C. arizonica NA 47540, so there is uncertainty about whether this is a reversion of NA 41602 or if NA 51598 consisted of misidentified seeds. That accession was supposed to have been collected from the wild in a province in China where the species does not occur, and C. lusitanica is cultivated in China, making both NA 41602 and NA 51598 somewhat plausible. -SBL2159041NA 87552
