This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649

| 0 | PI 678971 | 'UC Tahoe' | Hordeum vulgare L. | California, United States | PVPO | | Not Available | 2016 | DEVELOPED | | | | | | Cultivar | After the original cross, the progeny was self-pollinated to the FS generation. Since the objective of this cross was to generate a mapping population for CYDV tolerances, there was not selection, and the progenies were advanced by as single seed descendant (SSD). Using molecular markers, we selected 7 lines homozygous for the four CYDV-tolerance QTL, which included the line that later become UC1409 and UC Tahoe. UC Tahoe was selected among the lines carrying the four QTL for tolerance to CYDV based on its better malting quality scores, good agronomic performance and relatively better resistance to lodging. | 1943307 | PI 678971 |
