Locality: Site No: E94-34. Almost flat, treeless plain extending from Fuir Lake to Choibalson in Dornod Aimag. The plain extends for over 100 miles east to west and is almost entirely devoid of human population.
Coordinates: 47.5953, 117.4303 (Map it)
Elevation: 412m.
Environment description: Grass steppe. Soils are characteristic fine sandy loam soils with a high gravel content. Aspect is southwest and the slope is 3%.
Comment: Large numbers of gazelle are found in the area. Dominant vegetation: Stipa capillata, Stipa baicalensis.
