Locality: Hobbs Fern Sanctuary, Native Plant Trust. Three patches sampled approximately 0.5 miles west of Lyman. Greatest distance between samples was approximately 0.5 miles.

Environment description: Northern hardwood forest, black ash-conifer swamp.

Associated species: Acer rubrum, Alnus incana, Betula alleghaniensis, Geum rivale, Ilex mucronata, Larix laricina, Micranthes pennsylvanica, Picea rubra, Rhamnus alnifolia and Thuja occidentalis
Comment: Collection assisted by Eleanor Yeamanr, Fitz Deftmer, Jessamin Finch and Peter VonBerkum. Seed also collected on 21 August and 19 September 2024. Shallow peat/muck soils. No presence of Emerald Ash Borer noted at the time of collection. Black ash is abundant at this site, with hundreds of specimens noted. Coordinates provided refer to the first plant sampled; coordinates for other specimens may be provided upon request.
