The pedigree is Century/IdaGold II//Goldeneye. The original Century/IdagoldII cross, designated as UTSB2120, was made at Utah State University in 2000, and the line UTSB2120-36 was derived from a single spike selected out of a modified F4 bulk population grown in Logan, UT in 2004. The cross between parents UTSB2120-36 (Century/IdagoldII) and Goldeneye was made in the greenhouse at USU in Logan, UT during the winter of 2009
