Environment description: Ecotone of Tamarack Swamp, Northern Sedge Meadow and Upland Northern Hardwood Forest

Associated species: Ilex mucronata, Ilex verticillata, Quercus rubra, Comarum palustre, Rhamnus alnifolia, Acer rubrum, Pinus strobus, Vaccinium mytilloides, Glycerica canadensis, Carex utriculata, Thelpytris palustris, Spiraea alba, and Betula papyrifera
Comment: Localized population. Sampled four specimens all within 35 yards of each other. All samples could potentially represent a single genet due to clonal suckering nature of species.
