Narrative
O-291 - The parentage is Winter Nelis x Bartlett. The fruit is medium sized, heavily russeted, of fine texture with no large stone cells, and of very good quality. It keeps well in cold storage until nearly Christmas. Although the tree has shown slight winter injury here, it has borne a heavy crop each year. -- Research Station, Ottawa, Ontario, Research Report for 1967.
