Narrative
pistachio 1 rootstock terebinthus. A male seedling selection, an excellent pollinizer of the early blossoming varieties 'Red Aleppo', 'Trabonella', 'Bronte', and 'Sfax.' P. vera pollinator. Found by and named Peters by a Mr. Peters at Fresno, CA. Widely used commercially as a pollinator. Probably the most universal pollinator we have thus far.
