Narrative
pistachio 94 rootstock terebinthus. Seedling selection from P.I. 8521, K-E-3. Seedling progeny are under test as pistache nut rootstocks. Received as PI 8521 and later renumbered as as P. terebinthus type. Has been used for production of rootstocks which yielded (Kerman) better at PI Station, Chico, California, than P. atlantica.
