Type = Peach. Per Fruit Growing in South Africa, pg. 214: "Originated in New Zealand and has done well in South Africa. Size medium, shape roundish oval, skin cream colour almost entirely covered with red, flesh juicy, tender and of delicious flavour, freestone. Ripens mid-January. It is a favourite export nectarine."
