Narrative
From a P. vera hybrid found in the Easterby school yard. Fresno, CA. This is known to be an early Pistacia introduction to CA, sometime in the late 1890's. This is a seedling. Vigorous. Prolific pollen producer but blooms too early to be useful commercially.
