Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

0PI 687332'CP 08-1968'Saccharum sp.Florida, United StatesMIANot Available2018DEVELOPEDCultivarThe mean stalk height (ground level to top visible dewlap, dewlaps form the hinge of the blade joint in sugarcane) of 10 CP 08-1968 stalks was 296 cm. The mean internode length of 10 CP 08-1968 stalks at the fifth internode from the ground was 14.8 cm. Stalk diameter was measured at the middle of the second (26.5 mm), fifth (25.3 mm), and tenth (22.1 mm) internodes from the ground as well as at the middle of the hardened internode closest to the top visible dewlap (21.3 mm). CP 08-1968 exhibited a cylindrical shaped internode and a growth ring with a mean width of 2.9 mm at the fifth internode from the ground. The root band of CP 08-1968 was 7.2 mm wide. Bud furrows were mostly absent. The buds of CP 08-1968 were yellow (5Y8/4 to 2.5Y8/6). Buds of CP 08-1968 were moderately raised above the surface of the root band and had shapes described as narrow ovate bud with wing boarding towards apex at the fifth internode from the ground. The bud length and width means of the fifth bud from the bottom from five stalks of CP 08-1968 were 7.5 and 6.5 mm, respectively. Leaf sheath pubescence was absent for CP 08-1968. The buds of CP 08-1968 had no pubescence. CP 08-1968 is resistant to Sugarcane mosaic virus strain E (mosaic), moderately resistant to brown rust (caused by Puccinia melanocephala H. & P. Sydow), smut (caused by Sporisorium scitamineaum (Syd.) M Piepenbr., M. Stoll & Oberw.), and ratoon stunt (caused by Leifsonia xyli subsp. xyli Evtsuhenko et al.). It is moderately susceptible to leaf scald (caused by Xanthomonas albilineans Ashby, Dowson) and orange rust (caused by Puccinia kuehnii E.J. Butler). In addition, CP 08-1968 tested negative for the presence of the Bru1 gene which confers resistance to brown rust.1963317PI 687332
