HA 466 is resistant to the imidazolinone herbicide imazamox (Beyond, BASF Corporation, Mount Olive, NJ) applied at a 2X (6.0 mL L-1) rate in the Fargo, ND, field nurseries in 2003, 2004, and 2005 and tolerant to Sclerotinia head rot [caused by Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (Lib.) de Bary. 25% of HA 466 plants were infected with Phomopsis compared with 40% for HA 425 in the Fargo, ND, 2004 and 2005 field nurseries. Plant height was 110 cm.
