Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.
(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.
The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

| 0 | PI 670018 | 'CP 06-2400' | Saccharum sp. | Florida, United States | MIA | | Not Available | 2014 | DEVELOPED | | | | | | Cultivar | The mean stalk height (ground level to top visible dewlap, dewlaps form the hinge of the blade joint in sugarcane) of 10 CP 06-2400 stalks was 355 cm. The mean internode length of 10 CP 06-2400 stalks at the fifth internode from the ground was 16.7 cm. Stalk diameter was measured at the middle of the second (42.2 mm), fifth (37.6 mm), and tenth (30.9 mm) internodes from the ground as well as at the middle of the hardened internode closest to the top visible dewlap (26.4 mm). CP 06-2400 exhibited a conoidal shaped internode and a growth ring with a mean width of 2.9 mm at the fifth internode from the ground. The root band of CP 06-2400 was 4.7 mm wide. Few bud furrows extended 1/3 length of internode for CP 06-2400. The buds of CP 06-2400 were yellow (2.5Y8/4). Buds of CP 06-2400 were lightly raised above the surface of the root band and had shapes described as narrow ovate at the fifth internode from the ground. The bud length and width means of the fifth bud from the bottom from 10 stalks of CP 06-2400 were 7.6 and 6.9 mm, respectively. Pubescence was observed slightly on the upper leaf sheaths and moderate to heavy toward center for CP 06-2400. The buds of CP 06-2400 had pubescence with hair around bud margins. Auricles of CP 06-2400 were present on both sides. The big and small auricles were 20.8 and 5.6 mm long, respectively CP 06-2400 is resistant to smut (caused by Sporisorium scitamineum (Syd.) Piepenbring et al.), Sugarcane mosaic virus strain E (mosaic), brown rust (caused by Puccinia melanocephala H. and P. Sydow), and orange rust (caused by Puccinia kuehnii E.J. Butler). It is moderately resistant to leaf scald (caused by Xanthomonas albilineans Ashby, Dowson) and ratoon stunt (caused by Leifsonia xyli subsp. xyli Evtsuhenko et al.), and CP 06-2400 is susceptible to and Sugarcane yellow leaf virus. In addition, CP 06-2400 tested positive for the presence of the Bru1 gene which confers resistance to brown rust. | 1916724 | PI 670018 |
