Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.
(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.
The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

| 0 | NSL 426154 MAP | NC113 Soybean Mapping Population | Glycine max (L.) Merr. | North Carolina, United States | NLGRP | | Not Available | 2003 | DEVELOPED | 1993 | | | | | | This population and its genetic marker data have been used extensively to map genes and quantitative trait loci (QTL). Released to facilitate the mapping of additional genes which may segregate in the population and to serve as an instructional tool for training in genetic marker mapping and QTL discovery. The 116 lines have been characterized with 232 genetic markers: 128 Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (RFLP) markers, 101 Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) markers, and three simply inherited classical genes (L2, W1, and Rxp). The L2 locus partially controls pod color, W1 controls flower color, and Rxp conditions reaction to bacterial pustule (Xanthomonas campestris pv. glycines). The population was characterized initially with RFLP markers and subsequently with SSR markers as they became publicly available. Polymorphic RFLP probes were obtained from various sources including soybean and four other leguminous species. Twenty-one of the 128 RFLP markers were dominant and the rest exhibited codominance. All 101 SSR markers mapped in the population exhibited co-dominant inheritance. The W1 locus was mapped as a codominant marker, whereas the L2 and Rxp loci were mapped as dominant markers. Population derived from hybridization of Young, PI 633743, and PI 633742. | 1647213 | NSL 426154 MAP |
