Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

0PI 700734Fielder with SrKN (Sr9e)Triticum aestivum L. subsp. aestivum California, United StatesNSGCKERNELS2022DEVELOPEDGenetic materialThe stem rust resistance gene SrKN (tentatively Sr9e) was transferred to hexaploid wheat as part of a project to introgress multiple genes from T. monococcum (PI 306540) and tetraploid wheat Kronos (PI 576168) into common wheat. T. monococcum PI 306540 (Am) was crossed first with tetraploid Kronos (Chen et al. 2020) as a bridge. The F1 was then crossed with hexaploid wheat variety Clear White (PI 635044), and that resulting F1 was backcrossed two times to the hexaploid wheat line Fielder (CItr 17268). Using molecular markers, we selected one BC2F2 plant heterozygous for SrKN but lacking stem rust resistance gene Sr21, Sr60, SrTm4, Sr22b (from T. monococcum), and Sr13 (from Kronos), which were also segregating in this population. We self-pollinated the BC2F2 plant and in the BC2F3 progeny, we identified eight plants homozygous for SrKN and lacking the other genes. Based on similar mapping position and resistance profile we hypothesize that this gene is likely the same as Sr9e (Li et al. 2021). We deposited BC2F5 seeds from these plants homozygous for SrKN.2138041PI 700734
