Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.
(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.
The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

| 0 | PI 690449 | IAR1902SCN | Glycine max (L.) Merr. | Iowa, United States | NLGRP | | Not Available | 2019 | DEVELOPED | | | | | | Cultivar | One objective of the Iowa State University (ISU) soybean breeding program for yield and pathogen resistance is to develop high-yielding cultivars with defensive traits. IAR1902SCN (Reg. No. ____ , Pl _____ ), high yielding cultivar traces soybean cyst nematode (SCN) resistance developed by ISU Project No. 4403 (Agronomy Department), was released by ISU Research Foundation (!SURF)# 04332 from the cross of Agripro
97284-N00-47977 x IAR2001 BSR. The Agripo parent is SCN resistance, Peking source. IAR2001 BSR traces brown stem rot (BSR) resistance to cultivar BSR101. Cross/line development was done in 2005 at Puerto Rico. Field yield evaluations for yield evaluation were from 2008 - 2012. Screenings for SCN resistance were done from 2006 - 2012 in greenhouse and field conditions. IAR1902 SCN is of maturity group I (MG I) similar to IA 1022, it is superior yielding than other SCN resistant public cultivars evaluated on the tests. IAR 1902 SCN is highly resistant to SCN HG type 0, and resistant to HG type 2.5.7., adapted to 40 - 42 N latitude. Cianzio's lab confirmed IAR 1902 SCN has the full length sequence repeat of three copies of the major Peking-type rhg 1 gene and Peking-type Rhg4 gene. IAR1902SCN is also resistant to BSR. Molecular analyses confirmed that IAR1902SCN inherited two major BSR resistance QTL, Rbs1 and Rbs3 from IAR2001 BSR. IAR1902SCN has acceptable resistance to iron deficiency chlorosis deficiency and sudden death syndrome. IAR 1902SCN will grow well in the Northern soybean production region of the U.S. in which SCN is prevalent, and other biotic diseases BSR, and SDS, and abiotic stress factors such and/or IDC may be present. | 2091835 | PI 690449 |
