Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

0NSL 526938 MAPS2MET Barley Mapping PopulationHordeum vulgare L. subsp. vulgare Minnesota, United StatesNLGRPNot Available2018DEVELOPEDBreeding materialThis mapping population was organized for the purpose of improving genomewide predictions for many different traits across diverse environments. The population is composed of 233 two-row spring malting barley lines. 183 of these lines are intended for use as a training population, while the remaining 50 lines are intended for validating predictions. The 50 validation lines are offspring of 31 of the 183 training lines. The entire population was genotyped using genotyping-by-sequencing and phenotyped in 44 location-year environments between 2015 and 2017. Phenotyped traits included grain yield, plant height, heading date, test weight, and 10 other malting quality traits. The mean phenotypic value (and minimum, maximum) was 4,350 kg / ha (125, 11,100) for grain yield, 73.6 cm (35.5, 120) for plant height, 61.9 days (41, 87) for heading date, and 660 g / L (425, 968) for test weight.1970155NSL 526938 MAP
