Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.
(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.
The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

| 0 | PI 663216 | DGE-2 | Triticum turgidum L. | North Dakota, United States | NSGC | | Not Available | 2011 | DEVELOPED | 2011 | | | | | Genetic material | DGE-2 is a durum 1E(1A) alien disomic substitution line with 28 chromosomes, 26 derived durum wheat cultivar 'Langdon' and two chromosomes from diploid wheatgrass, Lophopyrum elongatum (Host) A Love (2n = 2x = 14; EE genome). Chromosome 1E in double dose from the wheatgrass replaces the pair of 1A chromosomes of durum. DGE-2 was derived from a cross between the alien 1E disomic addition line DGE-1 (PI 645483) and Langdon disomic substitution line 1D(1A). DGE-2 alien substitution has regular meiosis with 14 bivalents and is fertile. Seed size of DGE-2 is smaller than that of Langdon. Its 100-kernel weight is 2.74 gm compared to 3.20 gm of Langdon and 2.50 gm of DGE-1. Chromosomal status of DGE-2 has been verified by both conventional cytological techniques and fluorescent genomic in situ hybridization. Molecular markers specific to the group-1 chromosomes were used to confirm the substitution of chromosome 1A with 1E. DGE-2 has the high molecular weight glutenin alleles from the durum parent as well as an added allele Glu-E1b from L. elongatum chromosome 1E. The new disomic substitution DGE-2 should be useful for basic and applied research on homoeologous group-1 genes | 1886697 | PI 663216 |
