(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as

0PI 658006'Jazzman'Oryza sativa L. Louisiana, United StatesPVPONot Available2009DEVELOPED2008CultivarJazzman is a high yielding, conventional height, Jasmine-type aromatic long-grain rice cultivar with very good milling and excellent grain quality. Jazzman has the typical Jasmine cooking quality with low amylose content and low gelatinization temperature. Grans of Jazzman are aromatic with an average 2-acetyl-pyroline (2-AP) content of 437 ng g-1. The leaves, lemma, and palea of Jazzman are glaborus. The spikelet color is gold on straw background. The apiculus is purple at heading and the color fades as grains approach maturity. Jazzman is moderately susceptible to rice sheath blight (Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn), bacterial panicle blight (Burkholderia glumae), and straighthead discorder, and moderately resistant to blast (Pyricularia grisea Sacc.) Jazzman should well adapt to the Gulf - and mid-south rice growing regions.1813670PI 658006
