Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

Walp. subsp. unguiculata Unguiculata Group Kano, NigeriaS9FLOWERNot Available2005DEVELOPEDCultivarHas a semi-erect growth habit, with upright peduncles and pods held over the canopy. It has medium size (14g/100 seeds), white seeds with rough seed testa. Is resistant to aphid and the Malian strain of Striga gesnerioides. It is also resistant to major diseases like anthracnose, web blight , brown blotch, Cercospora leaf spots, Septoria leaf spot, bacterial blight, as well as cowpea yellow mosaic and cowpea aphid borne mosaic. Yield trials in Mali showed 30 to 100% superiority in grain yield compared to the local and improved cultivars used as checks. Being an early maturing cultivar, it becomes ready for harvest in 70 to 75 days, while the local cultivars reached maturity in 100 to 120 days. The mean grain yields ranged from 1 ton to 1.5 ton/ha in on farm-trials.1676682PI 639260
