Seeds of S16-11644C has imperfect black hilum color, yellow seed coat, seed quality score of 1.9, and 100 seed weight of 12.9 g. The seeds have an elevated protein meal of 482.4 g kg-1 and protein of 410.1 g kg-1, respectively.
