Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

0NSL 520824 MAPLouAlp mapping populationTriticum aestivum L. subsp. aestivum Washington, United StatesNLGRPNot Available2017DEVELOPEDA mapping population was developed from the cross of soft white spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars ‘Louise’ and ‘Alpowa’ for use in investigating the genetic architecture of drought tolerance in the Pacific Northwest. The LouAlp (Louise x Alpowa) (Reg. No. MP-__, NSL_____) recombinant inbred line mapping population was developed through single seed descent from the F2 generation to the F5 generation. The population consists of 141 F2:5 recombinant inbred lines, of which 132 were used to construct the genetic linkage map. The 32 linkages groups included 882 single nucleotide polymorphic markers and one single sequence repeat marker spanning all 21 chromosomes, except chromosomes 1D, 3D, and 4D. The LouAlp population was characterized for variation in agronomic traits, flowering time, phenology and grain quality traits. This population will be used for identification and introgression of multiple loci providing resistance to environmental stress such as drought, stripe rust, and heat stress.1953781NSL 520824 MAP
