Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.

(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)

This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.

The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

0NSL 445573 MAPIBM2 SYN10 DOUBLED HAPLOID MAPPING POPZea mays L. subsp. mays Iowa, United StatesGSZENot Available2006DEVELOPEDThis mapping population is a set of 360 doubled haploid (DH) lines produced from a randomly mated population derived from (B73 x Mo17). Based on observational plots in a single replication at one location, average across plot population, plant height ranged from 47 to 109 cm, and average ear height ranged from 14 to 94 cm. Time to reach 50% male flowering ranged from 1269 HU (63 d) to 1741 HU (87 d). Plant height, ear height and flowering time date were utilized for evaluation. In comparison, the parental lines provided an average plant height, ear height and male flowering with 216 cm, 87 cm and 1478 HU for B73 and 229 cm, 90 cm and 1481 HU for Mo17, respectively. These IBM2 Syn10 DH lines exhibited a geat degree of phenotypic variability between lines within the population structure compared to conventionally-derived lines allowing the identification of economically important genes. IBM2 Syn10 KH lines will facilitate construction of high-density genetic maps of maize which will be useful in the development of a physical map and genetic fine mapping. These DH lines are yellow-seeded maize with dent endosperm.1711422NSL 445573 MAP
