Select the tab for the type of search. Each tab has everything you need to do to perform that type of search.
(Results of more than 500 will not return images.)
This search will show only accessions that have material that may be requested, including those not seasonally available.
You may list accessions with separators (commas or semicolons, as shown below) or by entering them on separate lines, such as
PI 651794
PI 651649
PI 651650
When searching a range of accessions, use the Advanced Search tab with the Accession Identifier Range criterion.
The more information you provide, the better the search will be.

| 0 | PI 700735 | Fielder with Sr22b | Triticum aestivum L. subsp. aestivum | California, United States | NSGC | | | 2022 | DEVELOPED | | | | | | Genetic material | The T. monococcum accession PI 306540 (genome Am) was used for transferring the stem rust resistance gene Sr22b (previously published as SrTm5, Chen et al. 2018) to hexaploid wheat variety Fielder (CItr 17268) using the Triticum turgidum ssp. durum variety Kronos (PI 576168) as a bridge. The F1 triploid plants from the cross between Kronos and PI 306540 were crossed with the hexaploid wheat variety Clear White (PI 635044), and the resulting F1 plants were backcrossed three times to the recurrent spring common wheat variety Fielder. Four BC3F1 plants carrying the Sr22b allele were selected. All the 7A molecular markers tested between 47.4 Mb to 689.9 Mb (based on CS RefSeq v1.1) were from T. monococcum, suggesting that this is likely a complete chromosome substitution 7Am (7A) (Luo et al. 2022). We provided BC3F4 seeds homozygous for the disomic 7Am (7A) substitution carrying Sr22b in hexaploid wheat. | 2138042 | PI 700735 |
