When the Seeds of Suggest (SOS) project receives the accessions in Pullman, Washington Mike Cashman also receives passport data, usually from Bend Oregon. The SOS management team in Beltsville, Maryland also has thier own database, whom there receive passport data. Sometimes the 2 different sets of passport data do not agree. This data came from the Beltsville file that SOS project keeps. Melissa Scholten was hired by Vicki Bradley to match the Beltsville SOS accession name up with Grin accession name and put the GRIN accession number in the working file. Melissa finish this project in March of 2015. Melissa was not able to match every accession in the 2 files, because of the complexity of the job.
