2011 Wheat Laboratory Evaluation. Kernel color and thousand kernel weight recorded with the Foss GrainCheck(TM) 2312 Analyzer. Kernel color is the coded value derived from average values for intensity, red, green, and blue. Based on the GC Color Average: 1 = 32.00 to 37.99; 2 = 38.00 to 39.99; 3 = 40.00 to 49.99; 4 = 50.00 to 50.99 with G>38.00; 5 <32.00; 7 > 51.00. Codes 6, 8, and 9 are not used. These are the criteria used for tetraploid wheats.
