86 populations of microdontum were tested as tubers made in the winter of 2006-2007. 12 plants were tuberized for each pop and watered with 500 ppm calcium solution. After harvest, tubers were then sliced, dried, ground, ashed, and analyzed for calcium content (ppm of dry weight) by atomic spectrophotometry absorption.
