2011 Barley Laboratory Evaluation. Aleurone color and thousand kernel weight of hulless barley accessions recorded with the Foss GrainCheck(TM) 2312 Analyzer. Aleurone color is the coded value derived from average values for intensity, red, green, and blue. Based on the GC Color Average: 1 <20.00; 1A, 5=20.00 to 27.99; 1B, 3A=28.00 to 37.99; 2=38.00 to 39.99; 3=40.00 to 49.99; 7 = 50.00 to 69.99; 8 > 70.00. Codes 1A & 5, 1B & 3A were separated by visual observation. Codes 4, 6, and 9 were not used in this evaluation.
