Routine germination testing done for the Alfalfa, Clover and Lotus collection in a Stults Germinator set at 20 deg C, 8 hours light/16 dark. Seeds are counted on the 7th day and 14th day and % abnormal, % normal and % dormant calculated. Two replications of 100 seeds each are used. See comment in viability table for exceptions to method.
