DArT markers (Diversity Arrays Technology Pty Ltd) for the barley core accessions. DNA derived from a single-plant selection inventory. 1 = presence, 0 = absence.
Assay Method
The assays were run by Triticarte barley DArt service under the Service Barley PstI(BstNI) v 1.7 protocal (Diversity Arrays Technology Pty Ltd).
Scoring Method
DArT markers are biallelic dominant markers.Each marker is scored for each sample: 0, 1 (absence,presence)
