Environment description: In gallery forest above small stream. Soil consists of humus with rocks.
Associated species: Actinidia chinensis; Euonymus sp.; Liriodendron chinense; Stachyurus sp.
Comment: Small tree with upright irregular habit. Height 8 m, DBH 8 cm. Bark army green, with tan patches. Leaves three-lobed, deep green, glossy above, pale green beneath. Samaras green, on pendent branched peduncles.
