Comment: Medium-sized tree. Height 12 m, spread 4 m, DBH 15 cm. Bark smooth, gray, with tan lenticels. Leaves simple, ovate, to 12.5 cm long, 5.5 cm wide, green above, paler below. Fruit: drupes blue-black, borne singly, axillary, mature, edible.
