Environment description: Along steep bluff mostly on flat ground at base of slope or towards lower slope sections.

Associated species: Hypericum punctatum, Sicyos angulatus, Lactuca aff. floridana, Frangula caroliniana, Hybanthus concolor, Aureolaria sp. , Boehmeria cylindrica, Cocculus carolinus, Glandularia sp. nov., and Commelina diffusa.

Comment: Two areas sampled separated by approximately 0.75 mile. Plants sampled were extensive, multi-stemmed clumps. Sampled one stem/infructescence per plant.
