Narrative
Andean common bean germplasm line PRA155 has a determinate upright growth habit Type I. It is a late maturity bean requiring > 100 days in southern Idaho. PRA155 is resistant to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (causes white mold disease) isolates ARS12D, ARS14D, ARS14M, ARS15T, CO467, ND710, and NY133. Seeds of PRA155 are cream with black spots and its 100 seeds weigh 26.9 g.

Description:
Andean common bean germplasm line PRA155 was selected from the multiple-parent population A 195/4/NY6020-4/92BG-7///M0162/I9365-25//‘ICA Bunsi’/G 122. Pedigree selections were made against multiple pathogen isolates for white mold resistance until harvest maturity in the F1-derived families (F1:2 to F1:4) and advanced breeding lines (i.e., F6:7 to F6:9) in the greenhouse, using modified cut-stem method of inoculation.
