Narrative
Very low growing clonal collection, carpeting habit with long rhizomes, fruit is large for plant size. Fruit are distinctively teardrop shaped rather than round. Genetics of this diploid accession (Ames 33737: UC 012) was used as the female parent in the development of 'UCONNAM165' Low Scape Mound® Chokeberry (US Plant Patent 28789).
