Environment description: mesic, mixed deciduous/coniferous forest; broad, north-running valley with fast stream. #059-061 were found in one fork of Mo Gou valley and #062-065 were found in a second fork of the same valley., 45 degrees, E, thin, rocky,
Comment: Tree; height 10-15 meters, D.B.H. 25-40 centimeters. Bark dark brown, furrowed. Leaves dark green above; approximately 2 centimeters long. Fruit: green cones; 1 centimeter wide by 3 centimeters long., Collected from several plants. #062-#065 collected in one of two forks of Mou Gou valley.
