Environment description: Wet remnant prairie. Very floristically diverse, high-quality site.
Number of plants sampled: 3
Associated species: Penstemon digitalis, Spiraea alba (abundant), Corylus americana (few), Carex spp., Onoclea sensibilis, Caltha palustris, and Salix sp.and numerous other forbes and grasses.
Comment: Dominant Salix species at site. Estimated 250 genets at site covering 2-3 acres, generally in the lower elevations. Species concides in flowering with Caltha palustris at site.
