Environment description: In open field at base of hill. Abundant J. major on hill. Found with ball moss, agerita, shinnery, juniper, ash.
Comment: Much rodent damage in forks and at base. Light crop, most shucks damaged. Four trunks from low base. 42.1 dbh., 35.9 dbh., 40.3 dbh.
