Environment description: Cultivated in the past, now a roadway, slope 0-5%. Aspect N, open light, loam, always dry, ridgetop. pH = 7.3.

Comment: Brown soil, sampled to 10 inches. Texas bluegrass growing in ditch and at top or north facing side of ditch.
