Environment description: Soil dry. Slope 10% S facing. 5 trees in cluster. Grazed site. Surrounding plants: mixed population of Acer turkestanica, Crataegus turkestanica, Cotoneaster, Juglans regel, Rosa, Lonicera.

Fruit small, 3.5 x 2.5 cm; round, short pedicel, wide calyx cavity, red stripes. Flavor sweet, aromatic, somewhat bitter. Fruit disease scab. Leaf shape smallish. Leaf disease scab. Tree height 10-12 m, spreading habit.
