Locality: Bugat (Bugata Suma), on and near Lamin ekh Mountain about 100 km from summit center.
Coordinates: 45.5275, 94.6325 (Map it)
Elevation: 2115m.
Georeference protocol: Lat/lon determined by GPS
Environment description: Lower elevation of mountain range in desert steppe. Slope of 5 to 30%, southern aspect, comprised of granodiorite materials including quartzite and quartz. Soils are coarse loamy brown sands with at least 60% coarse fragments.
Associated species: Allium altaicum, Arenaria capillaris, Stipa glareosa.
Comment: Many plants grow out of crevices in the mountain or on rocky benches.
