Locality: Several trees near Keur Tapha (ca. 2 km from Koutango) near Bolon River, Wack N'Gouna, Dept. of Nioro du Rip, Kaolack Region.
Environment description: Gray sandy loam soil with lots of salt. Shallow water table. First tree growing inland from Mangroves which line river.
