Locality: Bledsoe County or Van Buren County: Fall Creek Falls State Park. Side of hill and creek bottom, collected on the way down to the bottom, Fall Creek Falls.
Environment description: Side of hill and creek bottom, collected on way down to bottom, Fall Creek Falls. Warm along top of trail but quite cool near bottom.
Comment: Spreading shrubs, 6-15', DBH 4-5". Lvs. light green lanceolate, glabrous underneath, hairs above. Frt. yellow-brown, sitcky.
