Environment description: Grazed. Slope 0-5%, aspect N. Area open. Soil clay, hydromorphic, pH 9.0-9.5. Rainfall 700 mm. Moist, alluvial fan. Vegetation closed, seasonal tall grass. Surrounding veg. closed evergreen scrub with scattered trees.
