Narrative
Gourd egg shaped, 8cm long, 6.5cm diam. Color greenish yellow with darker narrow longitudinal stripes. Single fruit brought by an INTA extension agent from soybean field in Lozada, 15km W of Cordoba City, (April 1989), where it is reported to be an abundant weed. Local squash farmers claim this weed causes their cultivars to become bitter. Common.
