Narrative
Coarse herb, to 2m. Corolla yellow with dark purple at inside base of petals. Staminal tube and anthers yellow. Stigma dark purple. Wilted corollas turn pink. Fruits green, 10cm long, producing numerous round grey seeds. Roasted seeds used to prepare coffee substitute beverage.
