Environment description: Plants growing on level plain in olive grove. Clay loam soil with few stones. Plants growing with Olea, Eryngium, Scolymus, Oryzopsis, Asphodelus, Avena sterilis, Haynaldia villosa. Part of the population spikelets are much ventricose, glume teeth in lateral spikelets much elongated, micronate to sh. aristate.
